Sign up for adsense http://google.com/adsense.. get an account...get the code to display google ads and put it on your pages.

Its all handled through adsense.. when you set up your account, you can specify which language the ads should be in.

Actually Adsense will determine the most relevant ads for your site. For English pages in most cases Chinese ads will not appear. For a Chinese pages, Chinese ads should appear.

Yeah, it's automatic. Pages with Chinese language content (text) will have Chinese language adwords. If you have pages with both languages, then you'll get some English ads, some Chinese ads.

This will depends of the inventory of ads available (English vs Chinese) and how Google determines a specific page primary language. It might be the percentage of English words as compared to Chinese, or the language used in the meta tags etc. My best bet in order to show Chinese ads would be to have a full page in Chinese.

When checking for ads - do you access it from Chinese IP with browser set to chinese language ? Because thats also how Google determines which language ad to pick. Another thing is number of ads in chinese is limited and the clicks are usually 1-2 cents
