Post subject: need a flat for three weeks in october

Hi there!

I will be coming to Shanghai for 3 weeks in October to work at a shanghai university.

If you are away in this period, would you like to rent your house to me? I will look after it very well like my own house.

I am also available for exchange for 3 weeks of my flat in Pisa, Italy.

Any other advise you can give me for short time rental will be appreciated very much.

I am especially interested in Xuhui area or places i can reach it easily.

A serviced apartment is probably the best choice. Citadines Jinqiao is in a pretty good location in People's Square
