Why do the water coolers always produce warm water!? |

because most chinese companies don't want to pay the additional 5 bucks for the cooling system |

Because they are NOT water "coolers", they are water dispensers with no / poor insulation between the heated side and the non-heated side. THAT and the fact that many Chinese believe drinking COLD water is bad for the body so its acceptable top be served lukewarm water.
That said, they DO sell water COOLERS here with a built in compressor for refridgeration. You just need to pay for it. Mine was about 780rmb if i recall correctly. |
