Post subject: Skin Care products

Hi, I'm looking for skin care products, but not sure what to buy? I'd like to know which skin care products most western women use. Which products would you recommend, eg. Lancome, L'oreal, Olay, etc. I realise everyone has a different skin type, just trying to find a product without having to experiment with too many. Thanks

i always brought mine from the states but (non-cult or smaller brands included) lancome, chanel, perscriptive, shu umera, aveeno, nivea all make decent products. loreal is a division of lancome. not sure if aveeno is avaliable in SH though. olay has some wonderful products on the market that are well worth considering.

are you seeking a cleanser, moisturizer, masque, eye treatment, etc? or just a basic regime?

Thanks for replying, Magnolia. Looking for all the above (moisturiser, night cream, cleanser, toner, face masque, etc) Tried Olay and L'oreal purchased locally, but they don't seem to be very nourishing. Not sure if it is because the products made locally are for Asian skins?

what is the average price per product you are willing to spend?

i never bought skincare in china because of all the whitening agents... in all honesty, nothing avaliable in SH is worth it... just bring from home or have it shipped.

hello all,
I often order online for such things too. I like a German line called "Dr. Hauschka" as they are great for sensitive skin. They are very high quality and use no nasty chemical ingredients either.

Check them out------great cosmetics
