| Post subject: Board games like scrabble and games of the general |
Hi everyone. I don't know if somebody posted this before or not but anyone knows where to buy such board games here in shanghai? I live near Huaihai Lu.
Thank you very much in advance... |

Noticed your message this morning on my way to Superbrand for a Whopper fix at Burger King, FYI 2 for 1 on Tuesdays!
Toys R'Us 4th floor at Superbrand, Scrabble full size or travelsize 239RMB, Clue 199RMB eng/chin, Monopoly Eng/Chin 199RMB (sorry no Reading or Pennsylvania Railroads you'll be buying Shanghai Station and Beijing West Station instead, I thought the China Electric Company was cool also!), Risk at 249RMB. They have a very good selection there. Someone was looking for Poker Chip, 100 for 89.9RMB. Superbrand as I am sure you are aware, right across from Luijazui stop on line two, exit 1 closest exit to Superbrand! Happy Playing! |

Canjar, are you looking for people to play or a venue. I would post a new message under Questions as you will get much more play and no doubt find a game some of the participants on this site have going. I saw a club that was holding nightly tournaments about 2 weeks ago. It is on the Bund, next to the area where the river cruises depart from. Between there and where the passenger ferry to Pudong docks. It is on street level. Just saw the notice board, didn't go in. |

I've got a TONNE of board games from abroad. The only stuff you'll find here are the basics - Monopoly, Scrabble..... Try Wal-Mart and Toys R Us. |

Hellloo, I'm heading back to the UK on the 22nd - 27th June. If you really are desperate for any of the games, I can give it a go - no charge of course! Just the cost price of the actual game.
Let me know |

I played a game called: "Set" that is absolutely addicting. Card game with different shapes, colors, patterns, etc. I'd like to know where to buy it..... |
