| Post subject: Coming back with dog some questions |
Here we go again.
Coming back to shanghai next week.
Doggy is coming back too , we have been out 4 months and still have the export paper from shempu Hospital and all our vaccination record are from there and from the Shanghai immunization center, and the copy of his licence that now sitting in Shempu hospital file.
Does anybody know if this will skip the week quarantine?
Also this time is coming back as Cargo as flight in from a place where carry on on more than small dog is not allowed; has anybody gone this route and if yes comment please.
lastly we may need to place him on a kennel if we do not find a new apt fast .
We use to leave him at Paradise where he loved it, those where the days of Jacky coming to pick him up and deliver it in full happiness.
I read mixed ( as always review on the new management) any comment or suggestion on this one will be appreciated too.
Thanks

Sorry I can't answer your question about quarantine, but I can recommend a kennel. We always take our dog to Jialian K-9 Kennel when we are away for holidays and he always comes home happy and healthy with a little extra bounce to his step! They follow all of my instructions for feeding and care that I request. Lavin, the assistant to the president, and Jenny, the gerneral manager and veterinarian are great and our dog really likes them and is happy to see them when we take him there. I believe they also do pick up and drop off. They could also answer your questions about importing your dog back into Shanghai as they do pet moving as well. The number of Jialian is 6411-0049. Lavin's phone number is 13788965109 and Jenny's number is 13501764319. Email: petmoving@jialiang.com
Hope that helps. |

We take our dog to Bark (google Bark+Shanghai) for boarding and had a very pleasant experience. Easier if you live in Puxi + we heard not so good things about Jialiang from 2 independent sources (but also 1 good story, but that was about a cat...) |

If your dog is coming via cargo into PVG,then you will have to do the quarantine. I've heard good things about Bark too. |
