ECO-ADVENTURE: DIANSHAN LAKE
Where: Dianshan Lake
When: November 7-8, 2009 -- 2 days, 1 night
Enjoy the last perfect cool sunny days before winter and escape the city rush for a weekend. Get back to nature and embrace the fresh breeze surrounding the biggest lake in Shanghai district. Lake Dianshan (淀山湖;Diànshān Hú) is a natural freshwater lake, located in the west of Zhu Jiajiao, Qingpu, about 1 hour drive from downtown Shanghai is the only natural lake in the area. The pro team from Eternity fitness once again sets a new destination for fun, fitness and the great outdoors. It’s not your average weekend!
Day 1
8:00am Meet at Eternity Fitness
8:20am Depart
9:30am Arrive at the countryside private estate
10:30am Starts with Bootcamp training around the scenic forest.
12:00pm Chinese style lunch
2:00pm Relaxing time by the lake
3:00pm Afternoon prepare for an intense adrenaline rush obstacle course and team games.
7:00pm Enjoy a western style BBQ soft drink and beers, party under the starts and relax for some evening drinking games and fun. The Flying Burning Lantern Show
Day 2
7:00am Morning conditioning circuit
8.30am Western style breakfast
10:00am Kayak River adventure
12:00pm Refuel with a Chinese style lunch prepare for beach volley ball competition
2:00pm Treasure Hunt and Games
4:00pm Rest of the afternoon relaxing or swimming in the lake.
5:00pm Pack up and leave
6:30pm Return to Shanghai
