Slow responses from Jiao Tong?

Post subject: Slow responses from Jiao Tong?

Hi,

Has any of you experienced extremly slow responses from Jiao Tong University regarding inquiries made by e-mail?

About a week ago, I sent a question regarding preferred way to pay the application fee for its summer program, e.g. by check, money transfer, etc., but I have yet to receive an answer (I used the official address posted on Jiao Tong's web site).

Please advise if any of you have experienced the above, have other suggestions on how to get in contact with the program responsibles/contacts, or know the preferred way of paying the application fee.

(As I don't know their English skills I'd prefer not to call them directly from abroad)

Then how about send some letter and details of the things that you wanna do it in that university?Hum......

I guess I was lucky, they reply to me right away. I believe the info you need (account # to transfer money) is on the web site, but here is what I got (please verify this info on your own, I don't garantee anything):

After a few additional e-mails to SJTU, they finally replied and the data they sent me confirms what you write above.
