we are running a plant in Shanghai manufacturing springs for American and European markets only.
we need 5 million total to buy some shares of the companies in US and Canada, and expend our capacity in Shanghai as well. Buying American companies is to help in transfering the manufacturing capacity in America to Shanghai while keeping the exitting business as  partners.

Why go get a partner ,, why not learn to use a factor,, We provide capital but what it sounds like to me is you need a factor so that you dont take on a new aprtner,, wanna know more? u can PM me,,, |
