| Post subject: Powerpoints |
What powerpoints are used in Shanghai? I'm in Australia, and have an electric razor that plugs into the australian (two diagonal bars, with a vertical underneath) powerpoint.
I was in an electrical shop today, that said that this type of plug is used in some parts of Asia. What do Shanghai powerpoints look like??? |

Luckily enough China is one of the few countries in the world (other than Aust/NZ) to use the same system. Most places have the same plug points as in Australia, however, some places (particularly built by HK developers,a nd some hotels) may use UK or US styles. However, adaptors are cheap and plentiful here.
It is the only country in Asia to use this type, so you will need adaptors for all other countries (including HK) |
