Hi. Can anyone recommend travel agencies that offer cheap international flights? I need a roundtrip ticket to London for early September.

This is so not what you asked for but I have often found that it can be less expensive to book flights in reverse (book through London for your flight). There are usually promotions advertised in the English newspapers and magazines, especially for the London flights. Could be wrong, but at one point, one of the local Chinese airlines was offering some great deals on flights originating in Shanghai.

China Eastern were offering a good deal - around RMB4000. However if you don't speak Chinese and want to enquire with them its best to get someone who does speak Chinese to do it for you otherwise they tell you there are no flights that cheap and try quote you Virgin airline prices.
