| Post subject: Where to find Western [young adults] ? |
By young adults, I mean students, funloving, lazy off their arses, binge drinking.. well you get the idea. Some good looking girls would help too, but I can get that back in Britain.
Does anyone know what the situation with Chip and Pin is here? Do I have to know the pin number of my VISA card to use it? and is it widely accepted?

Cash society here mate. bring your bank ATM card for quick access to local cash, but Visa and otehr credit cards are taken mosty at tourist places and expensive places where they can afford the expensive fees the credit card companies charge them.
Most western students will be away for holidy these days, but thry the Windows lounge at Jing An Temple. Usually a Euro students hang out. |
