| Post subject: Downtown Private Club suitable for Expat Kids |
Does anyone know whether there is a safe (good management) private club with good food (without MSG), a good size swimming pool, tennis court, big lawn, etc, where the mums can take the kids to in the afternoons after school without having to worry too much about them disappearing, etc?
The club should preferably be within the Outer Ring Road in Puxi. We live in the east side of Changning District (near to Jingan District) and going too far is out of the question because they have to get back for early dinner.
Any advise?
Has anyone been to Hong Qiao Guest House? Any good?
Does the club house in Regal Hotel on Heng Shan Road accept non-hotel guest?
Cost is not a problem since my company will foot the bill |

take a look at the ambassy club - it's in the right area, has both indoor/outdoor pools, some nice reataurants, etc. i believe lots of expat families are members there.
if money is no object, you can also check out the ritz carlton facilities. |

Heyhunts - Thanks!
Where's Ambassy Club? Is there a website?
I used to stay at the Ritz Carlton on business trips before being relocated here, the club is adult orientated and there're very few facilities for kids except the swimming pool (no lawn). |
