Post subject: a cheap (safety) bed after partying

well, not living in Shanghai (what a shame...)
and going there on weekend for parties, etc...
any good plans to avoid sleeping on a pavement ?
something like below 100 (RMB, not USD !) where you can come back late, I don't mind if it's shabby, as long as they give me a bed Rolling Eyes

Hey. are you talking about something you can plan on, or somewhere to go if your just find yourself stuck in the middle of the night? If you plan ahead, you can always get a bed in the dorms at The Captain on FuzhouLu for 60 yuan. But you would most likely have to make a reservation by phone by some time in the afternoon cause the beds fill up often. They will take guests at all hours, but if you don't have a reservation they fill up [sometimes]. If you cn get someone to speak chinese, i know a place near the train station you can stay for 30 or 40 yuan. But they frequently fill up too. If you want me to give you the number PM me. It's ghetto, but I'm sure you won't mind.

Note: Nobody was at the show last weekend at the Gua Er music factory place. It was awsome. By far the best of the shows so far. too bad you missed it! you should check out the venue, it's way cool.
