| Post subject: Pregnancy and swimwear. Cannot find it... |
Being pregnant with my second baby, I am surfing the stores for a swimsuit to fit my changing body, without any success. Was anyone able to find it here or I should look for it on the Internet? Does anyone know of any prenatal yoga class? I know, Anke at Kerry Center held such classes, but is something else available |

Have you been to Changle Lu, famous for being the pregnancy/baby wear/equipment street? There are quite a few stores selling pregnancy wear in Changle Lu by Shanxi Nan Lu, but I've never visited any of them myself. Maybe you can try your luck there. |

I found what I wanted - Decathlon is the key. Though they don't have special pregnant clothes, their sportwear is quite good and best of all I bought a swimsuit for "moms to be" for 60 something RMB. |

A swimsuit for a pregnant woman in China? Let me educate you....
First, the majority of Chinese cannot swim. Second, if a Chinese woman is pregnant, there is no way her mother or anyone else is going to allow her to do anything, let alone swim. She'll be lucky if she's allowed to do anything more than take a supervised walk down the street. |

No you didn't. I am simply giving you the reason as to why you are not likely to find what you are looking for. ie. no market for it here |

Congratulations on your impending arrival. Have you cosidered tailoring? I hear it is very cheap in China. Find a few designs you like and get lots of swimmers and other clothes made. |
