| Post subject: Tailor? |
Wondering whether anyone can recommend a decent tailor in Shanghai? Someone to make decent quality suits / trousers / perhaps shirts but also at an acceptable price.
Usually pick mine up in Thailand but won't be going there for a few months. |

"Dave's custom tailoring" --- Excellent quality, althoug NOT cheap.
#6, lane 288 Wu Yuan Lu, between Wulumuqi and Wu Kang Lu (near Changsu metro stop Line 1)
My husband was looking for a tailor for a while, he checked out the tailor at the Portman based on reccomendations from this site and he found it to be an extremetly overpriced tourist attraction. Then he went to Dave's at Wu Yuan lu and loved it! |

Thanks, that sounds worth a try. And it is not far from Xujiahui where I live. |
