| Post subject: Price of "designer" purses at Xiang |
If anyone has bought a fake designer purse at the Xiang market, what is the price you paid? Just a regular size purse or handbag. I did battle there last Sunday and got one for 80rmb (leather Gucci), but it took forever to bargain down even to that price. I want a couple more to take home, just don't want to be there forever! Anyone have any particular vendors with better deals? Thanks so much!

I don't know much about prices or negotiating, but a girl I know just bought a regular size LV purse for 90 RMB. |

I've gotten them as low as 50 RMB, but you do battle, and it's usually with a vendor you've known for awhile. (Gucci, Prada, etc.)
I've also gotten fed up and paid 150-200 RMB each (LV, Burberry), when I just couldn't give a damn and was in a hurry to get on a plane...!
