| Post subject: What's wrong with Yahoo Mail? |
Once posted on Q&A, thanks for some suggestions there, my situation is not as some ppls that the webpage is redirected to some sites. My IE was down two weeks ago, and used spybot and The Cleaner, also Norton. The virus is killed, but IE still cant work. I am using Mozilla Firefox.
Last friday, Yahoo began to lock me out of one of my two Yahoo accounts (The other one works). I cant connect to the account in Yahoo Mail/Messenger. And what sucks is that the I have used the mailbox for 4 years and I forgot all the account details, which they need to check for sending account info to my altarnative mailbox.
I tried to email someone/help center of Yahoo, but with no reply so far.
So what can I do now? Is it related to cookie? Thank you! |

You mean you have two yahoo accounts; one is working, but not the other? What are the "symptoms"? Is it just that you forgot your password? By the way, don't ever expect a reply from yahoo help desk, apart for the silly automatic replies. |

Yep, I have two accounts. One works and the other cant. It is not possible that I forgot the password. And I set the Yahoo messenger in the Automatic Login Mode.
When I type in the password, it sometimes just appears Invalid Password and other times it changes into SECURE MODE , need me to type it again plus CODE check. |
