| Post subject: Which airline is better? Please advise. |
Hi guys,
Really need your advise. Which airline is better: Air China or China Southern?
My flight will be about 6.5 hours. I am concerned with service, flight quality, arrival of luggage on time and flight security. I have heard some negative feedback on both airlines but due to cost constraints, I can only choose either one of these 2 airlines.
Care to share your experience with me?
Any comments are appreciated!

well i have used both airlines and to me the difference was probably hardly noticeable in my opinion... there use of english on boith air china and china southern was around the same, not too bad and easy to cope with, provided you arent asking complex questions... the food and service were also ok... i used china southern to fly international and air china domestically....
ofcourse they arent as good as say air nz, thai, qantas, or singapore airlines, but then you arent paying the same prices either...
at all times the baggage arrived on time, although when i flew with air china a few weeks back i was charge excess baggage on the way outfrom shanghai but when i flew te return with sichuan airlines with the same luggage it wasnt even an issue.. still the ticket prices were quite different and that often has alot to do with it..
you should be fine...  |

not much difference for service.. as for others.. that's hard to say.. it is not really about the airline only.. also relates to weather, airport, etc. so good luck! |

air china. fly them all the time, little cheap with buying gate times at the airports, but the service and other amenities are pretty good.
