Post subject: SIM Lock and Recharge Cards

Is it customary to pay full face value for recharge cards? I'm paying about 50% of face value for IP cards. Also, can anyone recommend a mobile phone dealer or outlet where I can get my existing UK mobile unlocked for use with a local sim card? Is one local provider better or cheaper than another - China Telecom or China Unicom?

I forgot the company names, but for CMCC ones there is not much discount for mobile best price i paid is 98 for 100 kuai value. The other company however can give better price 95 for 100 kuai value. For IP cards you should only pay 30-40% of face value. The most expensive IP card is 17908, average price 37 kuai other brands like CNC or Railcom shouldnt cost more than 33 kuai.

for IP cards it is usual to pay around 35-45% of the face value of the card. Smile you can get them all over...
