Post subject: English Children & Parenting Books/DVDs in Public Librar
We are moving to Shanghai and would appreciate your help a lot. My 2 preschoolers love books. I am going to order children and parenting books/videos/DVDs in the US before the move. However, I need more information to decide how big a purchase it should be.

1) How big is the collection of English children and parenting books/Videos/DVDs in the public libraries?

2) Are these materials allowed to be checked-out?

3) Could I reserve library books online?

4) How many items may I borrow each time?

EDIT: 5) Oh, how much will the customs tax be for books/videos that I bring along?
