Nokia has just come out with 7610,6600, and 6670. 3400 Rmb though. At xu jia hui. Can take 10 minutes of video at a shot.
I just got the Premier Chinese digital camcorder at carrefour with a big memory card. Can take an hour of video. Pretty good for around 1800 Rmb.
