Mmmmm, let's see. This meeting has taken place every Sunday for the past 6 years or so, so I don't think you need to hire a highly qualified statistician to figure the odds of this meeting happening this Sunday. What makes this Sunday different to the past 300 or so that this event has taken place? Look at the very first post of this thread to get all the details you need. |

why not try some cozzy coffee shop instead of the chain ones.yes i m afraid saying hi to sttangers is really hard for me too.but in a local cafe saying hi to the people who r regulars seems easier considering maybe i would become a regular as well. |

Its Sunday. Coffee Bean is OK. There are many reasons we do it there, but a having a nice place in an interesting area like Xintiandi is one. We like to have it at same place every week same time so that once people know when and where, they can come without needing to check the site. Also when we first started having the Coffee meeting at Coffee Bean, it was kind of like some of those local places with only 2 locations in China.
Anyway.. come on out if you want to talk about it. |

Breadqueen, you can speak english or any other languages there. As long as you don't feel shy... if you're lucky there will be people who speak french, german and chinese. |
