Now I have the time to do some good for those guys who have often eat out due to lack of cooking knowledge.

I would be able to demonstrate a few simple dishes for your daily meal. You can buy local stuffs and create something you would enjoy. Quick and simple is the order of the day.

2pm at Jack's Place Nanjing Xi Lu. Level 3, function room.

Dishes: -
Quick chicken curry
Clear chinese style soup
Steak terikya
Quick tomato sauce
Some Stir-fry dishes

I cook also but willing to learn new things.

I really like a dish with sticky rice cake (with soya sauce, i think) do you have a recipe ?
