Sulu was not the captain, Kirk was the captain. I believe Sulu was an ensign. |

Yeah that's right. I heard it as Captain Sulu is gay but he wasn't really the captain. Maybe he would be if Kirk died. I love old Star Trek. Great character development. I wonder if Spock and Sulu were boning backstage |
