I am helping my landlord find someone else to live in my current apartment. I've been living here more than 4.5 years but need to move due to work commitments. My landlord is great (which is very hard to find in Shanghai) so I hope I can find someone who also is looking for long-term housing.

About the apartment:

LOCATION
Located on Tian Ping Road, in between Huai Hai Road and Heng Shan Road. Under 10 mins walk to Xujiahui subway, Jiao Tong University, Grand Gateway (¸Û»ã), Metro City, bus to Pudong Airport. Less than 2 min walk to 920/926 buses which goes down Huai Hai Road to the Bund.

APT DETAILS
on 11th floor (elevators work 24hrs/day); ~55 sq meters, studio-style apartment but divided into bedroom and sitting area. Good size kitchen and bathroom. Includes all furniture (clean and simple), TV, refrigerator, microwave, brand new washing machine, new gas pipes (makes Winter showers much more bearable Laughing

). Faces south so very good view of old Shanghai against backdrop of new Xujiahui.

I am looking to introduce LONG-TERM tenants to my landlord. I get no commission out of this, just the desire to help him since he has been very kind over the years.
