Post subject: email delivery problems

email delivery problems. I use yahoo email & access it through outlook express & have the latest version of Windows XP. Now I find that my emails take literally hours to be delivered...sometimes up to 12 hours. Also, a few emails have not been delivered at all, but I have not received failed delivery notices about them. I have sent copies of some to another email address of mine to check & have seen this is the case.
What's going on? Has anybody got a clue?

Obviously you are one of the ones the CPC is watching. Were you not told about the 50,000 auditors that work for the CPC and police traffic on the Internet, including your email. Careful what you type. Your next email could be sent from a cell--prison cell that is.
