I have a British bank account, but it is quite tricky to get my payment cards replaced when they expire, because China is an embargoed country. Can foreign nationals successfully apply to get international credit cards that can be used abroad?
Who supplies them? What is the process of getting them? |

Chinese foreign nationals can successfully make appication for international credit cars. Check with Bank of China, Bank of Communications, HSBC and Industrial Bank of China. |

I have a Bank of America account, and I've switched the address to China. All my statements get sent here, as do replacement cards. Maybe you can do that? |
