Post subject: Camping/Sporting Equipment

I am spending the new year holiday mountain climbing in Yunnan, and I would really like to find a store that sells the dried camping food that is common in the US and probably Europe. Anyone know where I might find a store that sells such things?

Thank you

doubtful you will find anything other than the instant ramen noodles and the dried meat/fruit snacky type things
hit Decathalon and the "camping store street" (the one with Old Dan's Farmhouse) this past weekend and didn't see any
camping is not big here yet - Decathalon is probably the best place for equipment

Actually, camping is much bigger than we think. Many locals in SH Do take part in many outdoor activities such as camping (cheap escape) BUT they just do not use the same supplies as we do when it comes to foods etc. But equipment wise, there are many places that have decent stuff. Along RuiJing Rd in many small stores, a place on Chang Le Rd taht has decent backpacks and outdoor clothing and some gear, and most recently i found a series of outdoor brands featured at Metro Center (Basement and First floor) at the Zhing Shan Park Metro Station. But again, no dried foods that I saw.
