Post subject: Pediatricians in Shanghai

Can anyone suggest a good, English speaking pediatrician in Shanghai? My husband and I have decided to raise our daughter (4 month old) using holistic and natural methods. We are looking for a pediatrician who would be open to these natural methods as well, for example, does not over-prescribe antibiotics and/or other medicines.

There is an English speaking paediatrician at Shanghai East International Medical Centre, his name is Dr Wootan. He's American & is really knowledgeable in nutrition. (They are cheaper to visit than Wordlink & treat you like a patient rather than $$$$)

It is important in any medical relationship to find a provider that you can feel comfortable with. Most Pediatricians fight an ongoing battle with parents who DEMAND antibiotics and other medications when the Dr feels that they are not necessary.
We have 3 pediatricians at SUFH, who are very sensitive to the parents philosophy and feelings.
