Post subject: Thinking caps back on - Bulldog Pub Quiz - Wed 7.30pm

Achtung wisenheimers - the British Bulldog Pub is runnning its Quiz night yet again this Wednesday - the first question is asked at 8pm.

It's free to enter the main body of the quiz and Quiz participants can drink Tiger draft beer for just 25 RMB a pint!

Also, the Brain Buster jackpot has swelled to a thumping 3640 RMB, so those brave souls who volunteer for the Jackpot round and part with their 20 RMB a head to enter could win a very tidy sum indeed!

Of course, if you just want to do the main quiz, it's free to play.

As a warm-up, here are this week's Teaser Questions:

1. Apart from a break during world war two, the Winter Olympic Games has been held every four years – true or false?

2. In which U.S. city is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame located?

3. Honeybees have how many eyes?

See you at the 'Dog!

The Bulldog Pub Trivia Quiz rides again - now at an earlier starting time!

From now on, kick-off is at 7.30 pm

Can you answer any (or all) of these questions? If so, then you’re a really remarkable repository of recondite research and should come on down for tonight's (Wednesday the 15th of March) Full-Moon quiz!

Q1. In which country was the game of volleyball invented?
Q2. Mark Rothko gained fame in which field?
Q3. What is the name of the current Emperor OF Japan?

Still struggling? If not, you can say “I told you so” when the answers to these questions are revealed at our next British Bulldog Pub Quiz at 7.30pm on Wednesday the 15th of March.

PLUS, there’s a thumping 3900 RMB to be won in the Super-Genius Jackpot Round following the main quiz!*

If you’re interested in competing, get your team ready and let Chris the Guv'nor know you’re entering (either e-mail chris@britishbulldogpub.com or ask for him at the bar).

As usual, it's free to enter the main body of the quiz and quiz participants can drink Tiger draft beer for just 25 RMB a pint!

* Entry to the Jackpot round costs 20 RMB a head and is entirely optional, but hey! Who wants to sit on the sideline while other folks win a big bunch of dough on questions you know the answers to!
