I use ctrip for my personal trips. Service is good. No need to pay online but at the time they deliver ticket (cash) to your home.

The prices shown on websites are pretty much what shows up in the computers of ticket agents. I don't think you'll have luck asking Ctrip to lower their prices! They don't set the prices, the airlines do! |

I recommend C-trip for it is comparatively cheaper and more formal than any other English travel agency here. Try it out and enjoy ur trip! |

They have English speaking service though you might have to wait at times. Last time we flew from Shanghai to Copenhagen we paid 3.500,- RMB + tax, which I think is very reasonable. Just remember to plan with 60-90 days response time as this usually gives you the best prices! |
