Position1: Business Assistant (full-time or part-time)

Job duties:

1. Studying and acquiring information and data of the international market of some mineral products;

2. Dealing with the matters of international investment funds that might occur in the future;

3. Help promote the English level of members of the related business unit;

4. Help develop the concept of internationalization of the unit;

Job Requirements:

1. Capable of collecting, investigating, analyzing the industrial data;

2. Capable of working out the related project reports;

3. Good at dealing with foreign affairs;

4. From North America is preferred.

Working place: Hang Zhou,Mineral Business Unit

Position 2: Business Assistant

Job duties:

1. Coodinate and help external sale department on foreign trade businesses;

2. Help promote the English level of members of the department;

3. Help develop the concept of internationalization of the department;

Job Requirements:

1.Able to speak some Chinese and easy to accept Chinese cultures;

2.Can be adapted to the life in Yuhang and working regulations of manufacturing firm;

3.Good at dealing with foreign affairs;

4.From Norh America of Europe is preferred.

Working place:Yuhang District of Hangzhou,Foreign Sale department of Huazheng Electrons

Position 3:Interpreter and Part-time English Teacher

Job duties:

1. Do as a interpreter;

2. Some work on receiving foreign guests;

3. Teaching the employees on some English lessons;

Job Requirements:

1.Able to speak some Chinese and easily accept Chinese cultures;

2.Can be adapted to the life in Yuhang and working regulations of manufacturing firm;

3.Good at dealing with foreign affairs;

4.From Norh America of Europe is preferred.

Working place:Hang Zhou,General Department of Huazheng Electrons in

Position4:International Financial Supervisor

Job duties:

1. Taking responsibilities on working out the accounting forms according to the requirement of Western Accounting system;

2. Comparing and evaluating the effects of differences between Western and China’s accounting operations on corporation’s accounting forms;

3. Coordinating related international projects;

Job Requirements:

1.Graduated from foreign or Kong Kong’s universities and major in finance;

2.Able to communicate in Chinese;

3.Having more than 2 years experiences on finance or banking in foreign financial companies or other European or North American large companies;

4. From Europe, North America or Hong Kong is preferred.

Working place:Hang Zhou, Financial Department in Holley Metering

Position5:Project Assistant

Job duties:

1. Taking responsibilities on external communications, including of interpretation and writing translation, during the process of project’s implementation;

2. Taking part in technical communication, market investigation and spreading in the project;

3. Assisting the Holley project manager to coordinate the plan’s arrangement and implementation;

4. Other work assigned by the project manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduated from foreign technical universities and major in electrics;

2. Familiar with the related technologies and standards of metering industry;

3. Able to use Chinese on daily technical and business communication;

4. More than 3 years working experiences on technical development or project management in foreign large companies or research institutes;

5. From Europe, North America or Hong Kong is preferred.

This is indeed a funny one. I know a bit about this company, to me a good example of how state-owned assets are been given away to well-connected individuals. I simplify a bit but here is my take of the story: a state-owned plant on the brink of brankruptcy is considered worthless is handed over to its general manager. Lo and behold, the guy, whose management genius that laid dormant until then, single-handedly transform the dying company into an extremely successful conglomerate in a couple of years. Heh heh heh.
