Will I be able to get a good 2 BR apartment for US$1500 in JingAn area?

Can anyone let me know what are the good apartments in that area that comes with Internet Broadband and cable access?

you should be able to find something in that area for that price range. perhaps check out one park avenue on chang de road.

note that the overwhelming majortiry of leased apartments are privately owned which means that decor will differ from apartment to apartment. most landlords will be happy to install ADSL and you should negotiate the annual fee into your leasing contract. regarding cable access, most channels are via satelite and the type of satelite offered depends on the individual building. however, you can also negotiate a private satelite to be installed by the owner of the apartment (they are illegal, but everyone has them).
