Post subject: RMB Fixed rate mortgage
Recently on a ShanghaiDaily article :

"HONGKONG and Shanghai Banking Corp started offering fixed rate mortgage in US$ or HKD for expatriates in China's mainland, becoming the first overseas lender to provide a fixed rate foreign currency mortgage......."

Also : "Chinese lenders have already launched a yuan fixed rate mortgage to entice borrowers amid a sluggish real estate market."

So, my question is quick and simple :

Which are these chinese banks that have launched a yuan fixed rate mortage ???
