Post subject: Need recommendation for customs clearance assistance

I just relocated to Shanghai. I shipped some electronic equipment - DJ turntables, synthesizers, and a PC - from the US. The logistics company I am working with has a local partner they work with but they are awful. They speak barely any English and are not able to communicate to me what I need to do to get the items through customs, nor help me understand how the duty is calculated.

Has anyone worked with a good company that can (legally) help me get these through customs with as little duty as possible and who is able to communicate the correct procedures clearly?

May be you try Asian Express which helped us to move our home stuff to here (included used home electric appliances) before. What they told me the duty should not be a lot for home appliances.+8621 6258 4242.
