Hi there, I’m moving to Beijing so I need someone to take over my apartment lease at the highly spacious and relaxing Glorious Times complex in Pudong. Just across the road from Yuanshen Football stadium at 100 Yushan Road and convenient to all forms of public transport (5 minutes to 3 metro stations and heaps of buses); the newly built Glorious Times estate boasts ‘resort style living,’ with an abundance of lakes, swimming pools, fountains, greenery, boardwalks and western style restaurants/bars just at the front door. This place is literally 5 degrees cooler than outside because of all the water and open spaces, so it’s definitely the place for Shanghai’s notoriously sweltering summer which is just around the corner!
The apartment itself is a comfortably spacious 136 sq meter 3 bedroom with all amenities fully furnished with 2 balconies, great views of science & technology centre and laser lightshows at night! We were able to get it at a great rate for this complex, so the rent is only 4000Rmb a month! Bond is 2 months rent as is normal for Shanghai. No catch. We just moved in at the right time (Sept last year when the complex wasn't fully completed) and got a great rate through my wife's brilliant negotiation tactics! |
