| Post subject: recommendation for SH law firm |
my company is currently in talks with another company who is interested in buying us out. can anyone recommend a local law firm that deals with such acquisitions? specifically, i'm looking for a firm who can properly assess the value of my company, and provide estimates which we can use when we negotiate the buyout terms with the interested company. thanks. |
