I understand Shanghai is more the Kung Fu place as a place where people dance Salsa but there must be people with Rhythem in there blut, People that hear the clave and feel the music.
Where are they let me know

Aero-Salsa looks good, why not it is at least a start some movements and some good music.

That\'s intermediate aerobic salsa dancing at Gold\'s Gym. You may go for the beginning level at Chinafit (close to Grand Hyatt). |

OK beginners class at chinafit close to Hyatt.
Now I am getting interessded waht is aerobic-Salsa dancing? I could not see clearly from the pictures if the movements were \" Salsa passitos\"
If this are salsa passitos are they on one or on two ?
Could it be that Aero-Salsa is normal Arobic with Salsa Music ?
What do they teach in the beginner class ?
