I am on a prepaid card plan and use to be able to use my cell phone all over China but since a few days, I can only use it in SH !
Does anyone know why ?
Are they different type of prepraid cards (some including domestic roaming/some who do not) ?
Are they any other plans more competitive than prepair cards ?
Also does anyone know how to send MMS and what is the cost ?

fox, the cheapest plans start at around rmb60/month! i use it and i don't save much over the prepaid card i used to have before. |

So I will keep my prepaid plan and try to understand why I cannot sometimes use it outside of SH. |
