Anyone know of any good location (cheap without having to negociate) to purchase a new cell phone online (in english) or in a particular store in Shanghai? God I miss Sunday Ads from Best Buy, Frys, Circuit City...

As for a website, try www.myworldphone.com , I'm not sure if they would ship to China.
