Xiang1cai4 (香菜) is for coriander leaves.

I think Yan2sui1 (芫荽) is only used for coriander seeds. This is one of those characters that can have a few different pronunciations BTW, so I'm not 100% sure on the correct one. You might need to write it down to make things clear.

coriander leaves = xiangcai = yuisui

In china, they called it xiangcai, but in my home country, we called it yuisui.
