Post subject: ATV's All Terrain vehicles in Shanghai

Anybody know what the price of an ATV is in Shanghai? And if it is safe to drive that kind of Vehicle around Shanghai without getting into too much trouble. I'm planning to buy one because I live in the far west of Shanghai and want to cut down on economic costs of Taxis during the week nights...plus its really fun just to be riding through the city. Any body can give me some information

that far west, maybe getting a 125cc/250cc motorcycle is an option, gas powered cycles/scooters are banned downtown (I think).
