| Post subject: Looking for a nice vila? |
Hello everyone, at first I need to claim that I'm not any kinds of intermediary agency, and I'm a local Shanghainess, so pls excuse my inadvertently language mistakes.
Back to the title, I have twelve vilas which located in No.777 Hua Jiang road, Shanghai Galifornia Gardon, this place belongs to Jia Ding province but actually it is very close to Chang Ning province, 20 minutes' driving you could get to the HongQiao airport, 200m distance to Huning highway and the outring road. Now I have five vila are available to rent out or sell, here I introduce two of them:
One A type, it is a three brick building, 550 square meter home and 900 square meter lot, with 7 bedroom and 4 bathroom, two sets of massage bathtub, family room with mental, an octagon sunny tea house which is amazing for you to meet your friends, seperate laundry and maid's room, indoor garage. Luxuriou decoration, rental 48000 rmb/per month.
Another one is B type, it's a two story brick building, 360 square meter home and 680 square meter lot, with 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom, two formal living room with mental, seperate laundry and maid's room, indoor garage. Also luxuriou decoration, rental 28000 rmb/per month.
These are the general information, I bet you would love it if you see them with you own eyes.
Other three vilas is a little bit smaller than these two above, I want to sell them, they didn't fit up and decorate, so you can make your room style whatever you like.
My email address:wizardlww@hotmail.com, same as my MSN, anyone who have the interesting of my houses would be welcome for contacting, thanks for taking your time. |

The property's valua couldn't be judged just by price right? If you working in Century park then Season Park must be very suitable for you, and btw, checking the details of my vilas, you would found it's the most reasonable price. |
