| Post subject: US China Technology Trade Seminar |
An ongoing challenge for high-tech companies doing business in China concerns technology exchange. From import controls and technology transfer, to IPR issues and official policy (both US and Chinese) the questions about how to successfully manage these issues in China are many.
To help companies gain better clarity, we have collected a world-class panel of experts from both the US and China to discuss these topics and more. Please accept this as our invitation to you to attend.
On Thursday, August 31st, the State of Maryland is hosting a seminar on US China Technology Exchange. We welcome Mr. Benjamin Wu, Assistant Secretary of Maryland's Department of Business and Economic Development, and former Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Technology Policy at the Department of Commerce to Shanghai. Mr. Wu will deliver a presentation followed by a panel discussion with local experts from the US Consulate, the American Chamber of Commerce, major US companies and local officials.
