International as in Japan? funny, becuse local barbers in australia sucked ass. but i suppose australian stylist would be considered 'international' in shanghai.

i think japanese stylists are good, korean second. Although ive never been to an expensive european stylist, not that ive ever seen one.

i don't really understand what you mean by this, the prices don't include the cost of cleaning the hair? How can you cut the hair or do anything with out cleaning first?

i hate that. Why can't you just give a total price. Does that mean, after my cut, i can just pay for the cut, and go home and wash and style it myself? Since most of the time, hairdressers always poof up my hair when they are drying it.

i went for a perm a while ago. The perm was one price, then had to pay an additional price for some woman to blow dry it...rip off
i said, i actually prefer not to have it dried, as i usually let it dry naturally, but they said it wasn't a choice, that i HAD to pay for this ...i've never been back since

that's ridiculous! if it's going to be extra money they shouldn't make you have it!!
