Roast chicken with sundried tomato, cucumber, lettuce and sour cream sandwich on wheat bread with side salad from wee little shop down from my office.

Usually order Zentral (wrap, thai beef salad, chicken sandwich) or bring left overs (very rare) from the night before's dinner.

We have a building canteen (I think) somewhere way up yonder which I have never visited and don't intend to. If I want Chinese my colleagues will order something that I feel like.
