Post subject: Where can I find a longer bed!

I'm searching for bed which is standard UK size. My husband is a lanky 6' 3" and hangs off the end of the beds you can buy in Shanghai. Even Ikea don't sell the same size as UK/ European beds...

Any ideas? We've just moved into our new (unfurnished) place and we're having to sleep on a duvet on the floor til we find a longer bed/ matress!!

Well you can actually customized the size of your mattress when you buy them (Branded like King Koil, Slumberland, etc). Of course the price will be different slightly. Then you will also need to buy the bed frame and many furniture shop will be able to sell you customized ones.

Ikea don't. I've just been there to check! - They do wider, King size, but they're still short.

Are you sure B & Q sell longer?
