Nutrition and Food Safety Seminar. Wed Oct 25, 11am-2pm
All attendees will receive the ??Important Health Edition?? of Peggy Liu??s Shanghai Pops and Moms e-newsletter.
Eating, breathing and living is sometime scary in China. Get armed with knowledge!
Topics include:
? Milk in China
? Food hygiene in China
? Healthy food suppliers
? Organic food supply
? Clean air and water safety
? Kitchen preparation- ayi training
? Healthy restaurants
English will be the lead language, although some presentations will be in Chinese. Translation will be provided.
? Attendees get to taste organic food samples
? This will be a highly interactive seminar, with Q&A and sharing of tips
? You are welcome to bring your ayi with you.

Hi.
No sorry it is not free for the ayi.
I hate to charge so much, but I have to pay for the lunch for speakers and help. And because we expect 70 or more people, I have to get a place that have meeting facilities- which is much more expensive than a regular restaurant.

We will have samples of different types of Bright Dairy milk to taste test against OStore's Wonder Milk, which I hear is very US-tasting fresh milk. |

updates:
in response to someone's recent question to me, restaurant managers and their staff are very welcome. It's easier if they understand English.
Also, Sunshine Children's Clinic will no longer be presenting. |

- A nutritionalist from St. John's Clinic (Taiwanese type extensive full-body health exam) will be presenting.
- Location is now at Shui Yuan restaurant at 1 on the Bund |
