Post subject: Best China Online Banking

Which of the major banks in china do you think is best in online banking. What I am looking for is a way to transfer small amount of funds to local's in China from overseas.

I don't understand what you are asking about? "Best" in what way? If you are overseas, what difference does it make which bank the local person uses to receive your money?

Agrees. It is to your recipient to tell you which bank they are with, and this should not be your concern whatsoever.
